Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

Service not delivered: If the service was not delivered as agreed, a full refund may be granted.

Service dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.

Project cancellation: If the project is canceled before work has started, a full refund will be provided. If the project is canceled after work has commenced, a refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service delivery or project completion. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
