ideaGrp offers a variety of services including, but not limited to, SaaS solutions, website development, SEO optimization, social media management (SMMA), software development, design services, and consultations. The details of these services are outlined in individual contracts or project agreements between ideaGrp and the client.
Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful completion of the services.
Approval and Feedback: Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals at each stage of a project.
Compliance: Clients must ensure that all materials provided to ideaGrp comply with legal and ethical standards.
Invoices: Invoices will be issued as agreed upon in the project contract.
Payment Schedule: Payments must be made according to the payment schedule specified in the contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in service delivery or termination of the project.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges as outlined in the project agreement.
Ownership: All intellectual property created by ideaGrp, including but not limited to websites, designs, software, and content, remains the property of ideaGrp until full payment is received.
Licensing: Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials as outlined in the project agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Neither party will disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
ideaGrp will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Clients must pay for any work completed up to the point of termination.
ideaGrp will return any materials and documents provided by the client and may retain any work completed as per the terms of the contract.
ideaGrp reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
